|HYDRATE It is very important to drink a lot of water before, during, and after you ride. The more hydrated you are the better you will feel during your class. You can bring your own bottle and fill it at our filtered water station or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.|
|EAT Food is your fuel, a healthy snack half hour before ride will give you more energy throughout the class.|
|WHAT TO WEAR Something you don't mind getting sweaty in! We supply shoes for Cycling classes, please wear sneakers for Sculpting classes.
