First Time

HYDRATE   It is very important to drink a lot of water before, during, and after you ride. The more hydrated you are the better you will feel during your class. You can bring your own bottle and fill it at our filtered water station or purchase cold bottled water from the front desk.
EAT   Food is your fuel, a healthy snack half hour before ride will give you more energy throughout the class.
WHAT TO WEAR   Something you don't mind getting sweaty in! We supply shoes for Cycling classes, please wear sneakers for Sculpting classes.
We also supply towels.

CHECK IN   If you have booked online (recommended) the sign-in sheet will be displayed on our lobby tv incase you forget your bike number! Your first class is always free. If you already have a key tag, please scan and make your way back to pick up your shoes that will be waiting on shoe shelf under your bike number. If a class is titled WAITLIST and you would like us to put your name on that list, you must be present at the studio to do so.  Its a first come first serve process, once class starts, we give a five minute grace period, if the client does not show up or call, we put the waitlisted person on their bike. If your signed up and running late PLEASE CALL and let us know or your bike will be given away.

WAIVER   All first-time riders are required to fill out a waiver. If you have created an account online you will be directed to read and agree to terms. If not the front desk will provide you with a form when you first check-in at the studio. All riders 18 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian's signature in person.

SHOES   Shoes are included in the price of the class. We use Shimano SPD cleats. If you have your own shoes you’re more than welcome to bring them in.
