Susan Reardon Galante has been training, instructing and coaching for over 20 years. While she holds multiple certifications,
her truest fitness love is the bike! Susan’s style includes a “hybrid” mix of beat-driven choreography, time trials and sprint intervals, which keep riders motivated and entertained! When Susan is not training, you will find her offering a unique style of
functional personal training, corrective exercise and nutrition and health coaching with her private clientele. Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CEC), Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Pre-Natal/Post
Partum Trainer, specialty trainer in Strength & Conditioning, Flexibility & Balance, Neuromuscular Facilitated Stretching and Myofascial Release. She is also an AADP Holistic Health Coach, IIN Certified Nutrition & Health Coach and a mentor to aspiring trainers
