Brian Varela

Brian Varela is a California native who is pumped to be apart of the Cycleward Crew. He is a certified personal trainer and cyclist through the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine. Brian went to school for Music at the Florida State University (GO NOLES!!!) and is a professional actor/singer/dancer, performing on stages throughout South Florida. Brian teaches in the Sculpt Ward with classes such as Full Body sculpt, Tight and Toned, Ass and Abs, as well as the Music-video Cycle ride. His philosophy on fitness is that Working out is just that, it's WORK! But when you work at it everyday, its no longer optional, it becomes a necessity. You'll notice his infectious high-energy and his dedication to success when you take one of his fun cycle rides or challenging sculpt sessions.

  • Tight & Toned (Sculpt)
  • This is an effective 45 minute light weight high repetition full body workout designed to trip up your accessory muscles with the use of medium/heavy resistance bands, ankle weights, floor/mat work, ballet barre, leg bands and most importantly your own body weight. Like the ass&abs class, this workout is structured to be a complete full body burn out of your muscles with little to no weight at times which will have your whole body feeling like a toyt (tight) rubber band when you leave.

  • Full Body Sculpt (Sculpt)
  • One hour complete full body workout that utilizes all equipment in the SculptWard, this class is all about flow and constant movement with low impact challenging moves. Each instructor designs their workouts how they see fit allowing clients to have that constant “switch up” to keep their bodies guessing, no matter which trainer you have this particular style of workout will never be the same workout twice which is a recipe for results!
     

  • Ass & Abs (Sculpt)
  • The name says it all. This 45 min class will take you thru a series of extreme focused isolated movements that should take your muscles to that complete state of fatigue. The goal is to isolate and burn out your muscles leaving your booty and abs looking tight, toned, lifted and sculpted! Our booty block and ankle weights will be your new best friends :)
